This is my plan for surviving the recession - invest in over-sized produce. I mean, who doesn't like fruit and vegetables that are much bigger than they're supposed to be? There has to be a profit margin in there somewhere. The country of Ghana has a way to survive economic hard times already - novelty coffins. Everyone dies eventually and, apparently, will pay top dollar to be buried in a giant wooden coconut
