Jokesters dominate the news today. First, we've got the Chinese artist that uses ketchup and soy sauce to paint pictures of rats. (There's an irony in there somewhere but I can't seem to put my finger on it.) Then there's the presidential candidate who takes a flight attendant joke about 30 seconds too far (don't quit your day job, Hill). Then there's the Library of Congress clerk who misfiled photos of Abraham Lincoln's second inauguration over 100 years ago. Joke's on you, librarians - I told you that Dewey Decimal system was a load of crap.
